About Kate Clune:

Kate Clune is the chief financial officer of Piper Sandler. In this role, she leads investor relations and is responsible for the firm’s financial management. Clune joined the firm in 2023.

Previously, Clune was the treasurer and head of planning and strategy at Evercore Inc. Prior to Evercore, Clune spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley, where she served in various capacities across operations, sales and trading, and finance. She held several roles in corporate treasury and served as the CFO of their U.S. banks, as well as global head of financial planning and analysis.

Clune earned her bachelor’s degree in international business from Fairfield University.
