PRESIDENT'S CHOICE CHARITY
HELP SUPPORT THE STANY PRESIDENT'S CHOICE CHARITY & LIVE EVERYDAY CONMAN STRONG!
In 2012, Connor was in 6th grade at Lincoln Jr High School in Naperville, IL, when he noticed a lump on his right hand. A biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer. Connor passed away peacefully on February 13, 2018, at the age of 17. He battled this disease for more than five years with an incredible amount of strength, courage, and grace.
Connor’s parents started The Connor Hunt Memorial Foundation, a 501c3 organization, to honor his memory. The Foundation helps to fund pediatric cancer research as well as providing an annual Connor Hunt Service Scholarship.
